As the digital app landscape grows increasingly competitive, Philips faced a particularly complex challenge: consolidating its offering of digital applications under a new singular app and brand worldwide. 

We was tasked with helping Philips launch an app that functions as its own channel — connecting and affiliating all your home appliances under one roof, while providing coocking inspiration and building engagement and community over the long term. 

The identity is rooted in the principles of the app: Human, Simple and Inspiring. Built from the concept of home, the brand integrates people into the narrative, showcasing products realistically alongside individuals, meals, and interiors with departure from perfection. In doing so we’ve created human, relatable environments where users can envision themselves in the home.

Design system


The design system is built from the shapes of the logotype, creating a cohesive visual language across the identity. The brand symbol’s form can be used dynamically to shape layouts, offering flexibility to scale across multiple formats, both horizontally and vertically.
