HEART 17 is a global social enterprise in partnership with UNDP, the leading organization within the UN fighting to end poverty, inequality, and climate change in 170 countries. The Power of Us is a platform powered by HEART 17 that connects activists with those who want to act, but don’t know what to do.  Activists are promoted on the platform with a video describing their cause, with an action list that helps guide you to concrete action.

The core idea behind this rebranding is to differentiate activism from what it is seen as today. Having identified that activist groups have a similar type of  strong communication that is perceived as scary to most, while their graphic manner doesn't feel inspiring and up to date. Therefore, the goal of this identity has been to elevate activism into activism 2.0, creating a feel of creativity, inclusiveness and inspiration. The stripped-down color palette helps to elevate activists' content rather than divert attention from the content on the platform.

The logo is drawn out of the iconic shape of a heart. By cropping the heart, we have designed a uniqe logo that is strongly related to the core concept and name of the brand.
